Was Muhammad Really a Prophet?
Muhammad ibn Abdullāh is regarded by Muslims as the last messenger and prophet of God (Arabic: الله Allāh). The Quran is the central religious text of Islam. Muslims believe the Quran to be the book of divine guidance and direction for mankind, and consider the original Arabic text to be the final revelation of God. Muslims also believe the Quran to be the verbatim word of God. Islam holds that the Quran was revealed to Muhammad by the angel Jibrīl (Gabriel) over a period of approximately twenty-three years, beginning in 610 CE, when he was forty, and concluding in 632 CE and after the revelation of the Quran was finished Muhammad passed away.
So now Non-Muslims claim that the Qur’an is not a revelation of God and the Quran was made by Muhammad himself. So this is a clip which I took from one of the episodes of the Deen show in which Dr. Sabeel Ahmed discusses this issue with the host of the show Eddie that was Muhammad really a prophet and the Quran which he claimed to have been a revelation from God is really from God.
